Using the Transgender Resource Committee note option, you may document and manage transgender individuals and their needs, accommodations for supplies, and disciplinary items where applicable. To access this screen, click the Program Administration option from the Global Menu and select the Transgender Resource Committee.
The screen contains the following fields and columns of information that pertain to the specific form when you complete it for the patient:
- Refresh button – Click this button to refresh the screen.
- Add Patient button – Click this button to admit a patient into the Transgender Resource Committee list.
- First Name – This field displays the patient’s first name.
- Last Name – This field displays the patient’s last name.
- Booking Number – This field displays the patient’s booking number.
To complete the note, select the toggle switch (1) next to the patient’s name, then select Transgender Resource Committee Note (2) from the dropdown menu. Click the Perform Action (3) button.
This form allows for an additional note titled Committee or Committee Member-Related Notes. Once you have completed your note, click Save & Complete.
Once you have saved the note, you may view the note under the History window on the Main Patient Screen.
