You can use the Reports dropdown menu to select from one of the report options from the eMAR. Your facility has a fourth report option titled Schedule Exceptions.

1. Housing Moves Report – Select this option to view a list of recent housing moves. The system displays the information in another window. Once you have selected your filtering options, click the Filter button to see the list. You can also export the list to an Excel file for review.
2. New Meds Report – Click this option to review a list of recently ordered medications. The system displays the information in another window, and you can sort your report by housing location. Once you have selected your filtering options, click the Filter button to see the list. You can also export the list to an Excel file for review.
3. Missed Meds Report – Select this option to view the list of patients who have not been administered medications that are due, as well as patients who have had more doses of medication than are due. The system displays the information in another window, and you can sort your report by housing location, type of medication, and a time range. Once you have selected your filtering options, click the Filter button to see the list. You can also export the list to an Excel file for review.
4. Schedule Exceptions Report – Select this option to view a list all medications that have a standard time-based SIG where the times do not match the default SIG times for the patient’s current facility.
